Terms of sale

Orders are accepted only from verified institutional buyers with an approved wholesale account. We may request additional documentation at any time and may suspend an account pending verification.

An order request is an offer to purchase, not a binding contract. No sale is formed until we confirm stock and lot availability and issue an invoice. We may decline or partially fulfill any request at our discretion.

Wholesale pricing, tier breaks, and minimum order quantities are confidential, visible only to approved accounts, and subject to change without notice. Prices are quoted in USD and exclude taxes, duties, and freight unless stated otherwise on the invoice.

Invoices are due on the terms stated at confirmation. Materials are not released or shipped until payment clears unless written credit terms have been granted.

Title and risk of loss pass on delivery to the carrier. The purchaser must inspect all shipments on receipt and report shortages, damage, or discrepancies within 5 business days of delivery.

Because these are research chemicals whose storage conditions cannot be verified once they leave our custody, all sales are final. Where a lot is demonstrably out of specification, we will replace the material or issue account credit at our discretion.

Every sale is expressly conditioned on the purchaser's compliance with our research use only policy. Materials are not for human or veterinary use and may not be resold for such use. Breach terminates all warranties and the account immediately.

We warrant only that material conforms to the published purity and identity specification for its lot at the time of release. All other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the material at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any use of material outside the research use only conditions of sale.

The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Señor Peppers harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from the purchaser's handling, use, storage, transfer, or disposal of any material, or from any breach of these terms.

The purchaser is responsible for compliance with all import, export, and controlled substance regulations applicable to their jurisdiction. Diversion of research materials for unlawful purposes is prohibited and may be reported.
